C.P. Navneeth Kumar is a veteran professional in the polymer industry with over 45 years of
experience. Starting his career in MAL Group at grass root level, he elevated himself to the
position of Senior Vice President. His long tenure till his superannuation with a single
company reflects his remarkable loyalty and dedication.
He is extremely passionate about human psychology, he emphasizes the importance of
motivating and grooming his teams, often stating, "Human resource is our primary
resource," and believes that keeping employees motivated should be a primary goal of
every organization.
In addition, he serves as the General Secretary of Indian Plastics Institute. He is an avid Yoga
and Wellness enthusiast, actively involved with 'The Art of Living' foundation and various
charitable trusts.
